I lost my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, or if you receive an error message stating that your password isn’t recognized, just click Forgot Your Password?, enter the email address used to register online and we will send you a new, temporary password.

Once you have logged in using your temporary password, we recommend changing it immediately. Use the Update Password option in My Details. Remember that passwords must be at least eight characters long with at least one number (e.g. wine1234)
